Staffs are very polite and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to various dining options and shopping centers. The cleanliness of the hotel is well-maintained, with the rooms being tidy and the common areas being kept spotless.
There were some areas that needed improvement during my stay. The facilities were not properly maintained, as my room's air conditioning was not working and the provided yukata was uncomfortable.

the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making us feel comfortable and at ease. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start our day off right. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
We did encounter some issues with the air conditioning in our room, which was unfortunately not functioning properly.
